Vancouver Census Data - Simple Visualizations Shed Some Light on Population Dynamics

Here is an interesting tool that layers 2011 Census data onto Google Maps. It also provides time series between current and previous census data.

What's really great about this are the resolutions it allows for analysis. Breakdowns and visualizations can be made on a block by block basis.

It's super easy to use and provides some insight into current/ emerging trends.
