The Block Townhomes on sale in January

ParkLane Homes is getting serious about their current Mount Pleasant project, The Block townhomes.  They will start ramping up advertising and promotion of the project in January and hope to have over 50% of the homes sold by the spring.

The project will consist of 32 two bedroom and den and three bedroom townhomes priced in the high $500K's.  

Construction is already underway at the corner of Guelph St and E 11th Ave, and completion is estimated for August or September of 2009.

With the recent completion of Stella, the upcoming completion of Sophia and the expected summer 2009 completion of The Block townhomes all within two blocks of each other, the E 12th and Kingsway area is going through rapid growth.
