Whoa... My listing just south of Trout Lake in Vancouver has already sold. After a very busy first weekend on MLS, we received multiple offers. The sale price was well above asking.

This is for good reason. The house itself has been completely renovated, and has two suites, a two bedroom up and a three bedroom downstairs. The location is excellent, situated only a handful of blocks to Trout Lake. The Skytrain is also a 5 minute walk away.

This home is perfect for families looking to get into a single family dwelling in Vancouver. As I'm sure you are aware, it is an incredibly competitive market for properties of this type. Developers would do well to consider the underserved market of young families needing homes in Vancouver with 3 or 4 bedrooms. You don't see a lot of condos built this way, but with East Vancouver houses getting further and further out of reach, it begins to make sense.
