<p>I've just listed a great apartment at 308 - 607 East 8th Avenue, in Vancouver. It has one of the best one bedroom layouts I've seen. It's also beautifully renovated.</p>
<p>The location is pretty excellent too... Within walking distance of everything on Main Street. You can also easily walk to Commercial Drive from this location. <p>I've just listed a super cute townhouse in Kitsilano. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom, two level home with two separate entrances. It's southwest facing on the corner of a character four-plex.</p>
